- Service Fee: UGX 100,000 (administrative fee)
- Support Includes:

- Status updates and liaison with relevant authorities
Please note: This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative services only. Approval of visa remains at the discretion of the Ugandan immigration authorities.
Outbound Tours

Booking Terms
- Advance Booking: All services should be booked at least 7 days before the intended travel date.
- Visa Services: Full payment of the administrative fee is required before visa processing begins.
- Tour Packages: A minimum deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation. The balance must be cleared at least 7 days before departure.
- Late Bookings: Bookings made within 72 hours of departure are subject to availability and must be paid in full.

Cancellation Police
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure: 80% refund
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund
Note: The UGX 100,000 administrative fee for visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
Amendments
Any changes to bookings (such as travel dates or destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
