Booking Terms & Conditions
- Rental Duration: Minimum 1 day. Discounts apply for 5+ days.
- Fuel Policy: Vehicles are hired with a full tank and must be returned full or fuel difference paid.
- Driver Option: Add 50,000 UGX/day for a professional driver.
- Chauffeur Safari Option: Includes fuel and guide – customized quote based on itinerary.
- Insurance: All vehicles are comprehensively insured. Damage due to negligence is payable by the client.
- Payment: 50% deposit upon booking, balance on or before pickup.
- Identification: Valid national ID or passport required.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking date.
