Booking Terms & Conditions
Minimum Stay
- House Rentals: 30 days
- Hotel Rooms: 1 night minimum
Booking Confirmation
- 50% deposit required at booking
- Balance payable upon check-in
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled 7 days before arrival
- 50% refund if canceled 3 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations under 48 hours
Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Pets: Allowed in selected rentals – please inquire before booking
- Security: Valid ID and signed rental/hotel agreement required at check-in
