Visa Processing for Uganda
For inbound tourists visiting Uganda, we provide support in obtaining travel visas:

Booking Terms
- Flight Bookings: Must be paid in full at the time of booking. Airfares are subject to availability and change until paid.
- Tour Packages: A 50% deposit is required to confirm any tour booking. Balance is due 7 days before travel.
- Visa Services: Require full payment of the UGX 100,000 fee before processing begins.
- Advance Booking: Services should be booked at least 7 days before travel.
- Late Bookings: Bookings made within 72 hours of travel must be paid in full and may attract a surcharge.

Cancellation Policy
- Air Tickets: Subject to airline fare rules; some tickets may be non-refundable or incur change fees.
- Tours:
- Cancel 7+ days before departure: 80% refund
- Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% refund
- Cancel less than 3 days or no-show: No refund
- Visa Admin Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances
Amendments
Changes to bookings (e.g. dates, destinations) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
